Job description

Your pay: $17 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees.Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

Your main Tasks:

  • Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
  • Learn how to properly install HVAC equipment and ductwork.
  • Learn aspects of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
  • Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
  • Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
  • Perform preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
  • Remain customer service focused.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Experience or Certification needed:

  • High mechanical aptitude.
  • HVAC trade school or commercial HVAC experience is preferred.

You need to be able to:

  • Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
  • Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
  • On call availability.
  • Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
  • Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Work efficiently in confined spaces.
  • Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
