For over seven decades investor-owned utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and others have entrusted their electrical construction and maintenance needs to Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. (Elliot).

Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.

Job Description

We are seeking an electrician to perform the following:

  • Install, maintain and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
  • Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
  • Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and customer standards
  • Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
  • Complete required documentation of repairs and service information
  • Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in residential and some commercial electrical work
  • Must have state electrical license
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain a Class A CDL
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary
