Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Foreman to join our team. The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. This role serves as the primary link between field crews and project management, providing leadership, technical expertise, and quality oversight.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial/industrial job sites
  • Plan, organize, and assign work to meet project schedules and deadlines
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installation
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC, local codes, and company standards
  • Enforce safety policies and lead by example
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  • Monitor productivity and adjust manpower as needed
  • Track and report job progress, materials, and labor hours
  • Identify and resolve job site issues, conflicts, or delays
  • Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeymen
Physical Demands & Qualifications:
  • Valid Journeyman Electrician license issued by the State of Idaho.
  • Proven experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician.
  • In-depth knowledge of local, state, and national electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical issues effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of electrical theory, principles, and practices related to electrical installations and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed and may be asked to travel.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
