 What you can expect: 

Numotion is seeking a Home Access Laborer to join our growing team. The Home Access Laborer is responsible for completing construction/installation with and without subcontractors, and develop construction services.

Responsibilities: 

Construction:

         General Remodeling construction tasks such as decks, landing, doorway widening, grab bar installation and technical installation such as stair glide, patient lifts, power door openers or tub modifications. 

         Review plans and specs and determine feasibility, code compliance, labor, and equipment requirements. 

         Insure timely job starts and completion. Plan material purchases, labor requirements, coordinate with staff as needed and follow TRR documentation procedures.

         Insure skills appropriate, job prep, tools and materials are available.

         Ensure TRR standards and all applicable codes/regulations are followed on job site 

Administrative/Customer Service for Remodeling/Installation:

         Assist with sub-contractors

         Monitor and maintain tools, storage, maintenance, and  re-supply while coordinating with other staff

         Receive and sort products on loading dock as needed.

         Record service and follow up  for clients in a timely manner and coordinate with other staff

         Observe HIPPA, Safety, Code Compliance at all times

What you need to succeed: 

To be successful as a Home Access Laborer with Numotion you'll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once - time management in this role is vital. Additionally, you'll need to be highly self-motivated as you'll work independently and receive minimal supervision throughout the day. 

         Must be able to keep multiple jobs organized and supervise others

         Must be able to plan materials needed, including scaled drawings and written specifications

         Must understand labor rates, and labor requirements for construction work, and standard work practices along with material pricing and availability

         Must understand code and permit regulations

         Must be licensed to operate motor vehicle and must maintain personal insurance.  Must be able to drive, navigate over urban, suburban, and rural areas

         Must have basic knowledge general light construction such as blocking, framing, sheetrock, paint, tile, handyman level work such as replace shower head or replace wax ring on toilet

         Must be able to safely participate in general light construction activity: occasionally carry/lift items up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, kneel, stand, walk, crawl per job demands

Certifications Optional:           

         City of Omaha Class D Contractor's license, City of Bellevue License, City of Council Bluffs IA License

         30 hour OSHA training

         Lead Based Paint Certification

         Other certifications needed for position of construction
