Contract Support - DH Pace Company, Inc.

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring for Contract Support in Denver, CO! The Contract Support role will assist with administering the contract process within the contract platform. You will provide support to internal and external customers and assist Risk services in ensuring that contract reviews and tasks are being performed timely and accurately. 

What You'll Do

  • Enter documents into the contract platform under the correct department with all details accurately recorded, verifying that all reviews are completed in a timely manner, all mark-ups are present on the document before returning to the customer, and assist in coordinating negotiations between the customer and DH Pace. 
  • Track the workflow and communicate with Risk services, sales, operations, and customers to keep the contract document moving through the review process
  • Verify that the executed contract documents have the appropriate signatures and that all document changes have been acknowledged properly. 
  • Once a contract document is executed, communicate with the appropriate team(s) to ensure the job moves forward, allowing teams to purchase materials and schedule the work. 
  • Following the guidance of Risk services and operations, review all commercial and residential contracts, POs, MSAs, etc. for the area and assist in resolving any issues that do not meet the SOPs. 
  • Using the contract platform, ensure the sales and operations teams are opening and reviewing documents, and review returned documents for customer changes, ensuring they are sent to Risk services as required. 
  • Meet regularly with Administration and Risk Management. 
  • Note any safety and site access requirements and add to ERP footer text in the corresponding sales order. 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
