PRIMARY TASKS & MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Supervise and direct all aspects of the Nixa Youth Baseball program. Work with the High School Varsity baseball coaches to blend fundamental teaching ideas. Organize practice plans, lead practices, distribute and maintain all gear; stress safety and proper techniques in teaching fundamentals. Supervision in all practices and game supervision before, during and after practices and games. Work with Activities Director and develop weekly practice schedules and game planning.
EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Prior baseball coaching experience preferred. Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education.
