Talent4Health is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Rush, New York.

Inpatient Rehab - PT

  • 20 hours per week
  • Free on-site parking is available.
  • Business casual or scrubs are required.
  • No current vaccine requirement.
  • Supervision staff will be present during clinical care.
  • BLS required

Industry Residential Center, located 16 miles south of Rochester, NY, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care in a secure juvenile correctional setting serving approximately 44 male youth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing health histories and evaluating physical and neurological conditions
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing therapy for post-surgical recovery, fractures, amputations, paralysis, nerve injuries, and other disabilities
  • Administering therapeutic exercises, mobilization, massage, and other treatment modalities
  • Monitoring progress and documenting care
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
