Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Location: Downtown Kansas City, MO
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Week Contract
Work Authorization: Must possess a valid Green Card

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a 6-week contract assignment in downtown Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to assist with administrative and accounting-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Enter payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations
  • Serve as a backup to the Accounts Payable function as needed
  • Assist with data entry and document management
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year administrative assistant or office support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
