What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform production activities including formulation, blending, filling, labeling, and packaging.
  • Operate and clean manufacturing equipment such as mixers, filtration systems, centrifuges, and other production equipment.
  • Follow batch production records (BPRs), SOPs, cGMP, and ISO quality standards.
  • Set up and maintain cleanroom manufacturing environments.
  • Complete accurate production documentation and electronic records.
  • Perform basic in-process testing as needed.
  • Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to support production.
  • Identify and report production issues or deviations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience (new graduates with a related degree will also be considered).
  • Experience working in sterile or aseptic cleanroom environments.
  • Experience working in a cGMP and/or ISO regulated manufacturing environment (food manufacturing experience may also be considered).
  • Experience following batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using computers for production documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in biotech, biopharmaceutical, animal health, tissue processing, or other life sciences manufacturing.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments while wearing required PPE and gowning.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on production needs.


Important Note

This facility manufactures biological materials used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and animal health applications. At times, production and storage areas may contain animal-derived biological materials (including products sourced from horses and pigs). While direct handling is limited depending on the role, employees should be comfortable working in an environment where these materials are present.


Pay: $23.00/hour (opportunities to be promoted in pay and title!)

Schedule: Day Shift
