Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Minden, Nevada (89423). This is a full-time, 1-year contract position paying $20.00 per hour, with the potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will support warehouse and manufacturing operations by pulling production orders, packaging materials, moving raw materials and finished goods, loading and unloading trucks, receiving inventory into SAP, and inspecting materials to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following established procedures and work instructions.


Schedule
  • Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Overtime available on evenings and weekends


Responsibilities
  • Pull parts from production using production order lists.
  • Package materials according to work instructions.
  • Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility using carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload trucks at the shipping dock.
  • Receive materials into the SAP inventory system.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods for quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally working on a shipping dock in varying weather conditions.
  • Must wear safety boots and prescription safety glasses (if applicable).
