About LEAP360

LEAP360 is an all-in-one platform built for Family Entertainment Centers, bowling centers, trampoline parks, arcades, indoor play centers, and other entertainment venues.

We help operators simplify their operations, better understand their business, and create better experiences for their guests and teams.

As LEAP360 continues to grow, we're looking for a Creative Designer to join our marketing team and help us elevate the way our brand looks, feels, and communicates.

This is an opportunity for a creative professional who wants hands-on experience working with a growing technology brand while having a meaningful impact on its visual identity.

About the Role

  • The Creative Designer will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring LEAP360's marketing strategy and ideas to life through compelling visual content.
  • The Marketing Manager will provide campaign concepts, messaging, captions, and creative direction. The Creative Designer will turn those ideas into polished, professional visual assets and collaborate with the Marketing Manager through revisions and approval.
  • This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is confident in their design abilities, eager to grow, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing brand.
  • We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to make something look good, but understands why a design works and how visual communication can support marketing goals.
  • You will have the opportunity to help LEAP360 become more visually consistent, more recognizable, and more competitive within the FEC technology industry.

Video & Motion

  • Adding text, graphics, transitions, captions, music, and other visual elements
  • Creating motion graphics and animated elements
  • Repurposing longer-form video into shorter social content
  • Maintaining a consistent visual style across LEAP360's video content

Bonus: Experience with video capture, photography, or operating basic video equipment.

Brand Development

  • Help strengthen storytelling

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow as a designer
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted creative tools and open to incorporating AI into the creative workflow
  • Ability to provide your own computer and equipment necessary to perform the role

Preferred

You'll be expected to:
