Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and resourceful Social Media Video Producer to help bring our brand to life through engaging, short-form video and social content. This person should be comfortable coming up with fresh content ideas, filming content, editing videos, and spotting trends that can be adapted for our audience.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and confident behind the camera and behind the edit. You should understand what makes social content feel authentic, helpful, entertaining, and worth watching. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Film short-form video content and edit videos with captions, cuts, transitions, music, text overlays, and simple effects.
  • Create content that feels native to each platform, aligns with current social media trends, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Help plan and organize content calendars.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging clips.
  • Write simple captions and hooks that encourage engagement.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, sounds, and best practices.
  • Review content performance and use insights to improve future content.
