Summary
We are a team of 7 content strategists who develop consumer- and client-facing content for various channels.
We are seeking a dynamic Video Content Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who excels at concepting and producing testimonial-first, human-led video content and has a sharp eye for editing and project management. The majority of this role will include leading strategy and project management for video testimonial stories and recruitment-focused video content. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of traditional video production—coordinating many moving pieces and partners, bringing initiative and meticulous attention to detail to every project. 
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
•          Manage the full lifecycle of traditional video production, developing content strategy and supporting teams through concepting and pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final delivery
•          Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, maintaining clear schedules, milestones, and deadlines across a high-volume pipeline
•          Coordinate many partners—including stakeholders, subject matter experts, talent, agencies, and cross-functional teams—to keep production moving smoothly
•          Ensure brand voice, tone, and style translates into visual storytelling that aligns with organizational objectives and resonates with target audiences
•          Advocate for solutions that balance the needs of audiences with key business objectives
•          Succinctly present and rationalize work to stakeholders
•          Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and production documentation to support a scalable, repeatable workflow
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
•          Minimum of 5-10 years of previous experience in video content production or a similar role
•          Proven track record producing testimonial-first, human-led stories that connect deeply with audiences
•          Strong command of the full video production lifecycle, from pre-production through post-production and final delivery
•          Demonstrated ability to manage edits across a large, high-volume body of content with consistency and quality
•          Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to ever-changing priorities
•          Ability to wrangle many partners—including stakeholders, talent, agencies, and cross-functional teams—and keep production moving smoothly
•          Strong initiative and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished, accurate, on-brand work
•          Ability to collaborate, seek clarity, and work independently to execute on tasks
•          Ability to adhere to brand voice, tone, and style requirements
