Job description

Overview: Anew Transport is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Vehicle Title and Registration Specialist to manage all aspects of vehicle titling and registration across multiple jurisdictions nationwide. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations and maintaining the integrity of our vehicle documentation process. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, reliable, and professional, with the ability and willingness to travel extensively—up to five days per week, with limited downtime between assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the processing of vehicle title and registration paperwork at various Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) offices nationwide.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely handling of all title and registration documents in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous and traceable documentation for all transactions, ensuring that each document remains unchanged from its original state from creation to archiving, with any alteration—intentional or accidental—being clearly detectable.
  • Document and report all interactions with DMV personnel and other regulatory officials.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams regarding title and registration progress, challenges, and resolution strategies.
  • Represent Anew Transport with a high level of courtesy and integrity when dealing with DMV officials, inspection stations, and other external partners.
Compensation and Travel Details:
  • This position requires extensive nationwide travel—up to five days per week.
  • Transportation and lodging expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
  • All expense reimbursements require itemized receipts—no exceptions.
  • This position pays $250.00 per day.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, vehicle titling and registration procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
