Are you a Board Certified Physician in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R looking for a flexible opportunity to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams? Join us near MC QUADY, KY, where you can contribute to improving the lives of patients on a PRN basis. This position offers the flexibility to work shifts as needed, with opportunities for both half-day and full-day shifts.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis near MC QUADY, KY. The need is ongoing, providing flexibility for physicians with varied schedules. Exams primarily involve interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations, including range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and assessment of traumatic brain injury.

Details:
  • Shift Type: PRN, as needed basis
  • Shift Duration: Half-day (4 hours or less) or full day (4-8 hours)
  • Board Certification: Required in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R
  • DMA Certification: Available (CME credits)
  • Equipment Required: Own personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs), Goniometer
  • Training Provided: Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
  • Reporting: DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion
  • Evaluation Method: Completed in provider portal with records reviewed
  • Providers Needed: More than 5
