We are seeking a Team Lead for our BIRST Residential Home.
Responsibilities & Duties for BIRST Residential Team Lead:
- Responsible for daily oversight and services including responding to critical incidents, ensuring effective program operation, service billing, and monitoring employee behavior.
- Review referrals of new individuals to BIRST Residential Home and provide consultation and/or recommendations for appropriate treatment.
- Provide onsite/hands on training as needed.
- Develop, implement, and maintain 24-hour coverage for BIRST Residential Home to include an On Call schedule.
- Provide On Call support to direct care staff evenings, weekends, and as needed.
- Ensure appropriate coverage of associated programmatic responsibilities in the absence of employees approved to take leave.
- Oversight of individuals' medical and psychiatric appointments with nursing staff.
Qualifications and Skills for BIRST Residential Team Lead:
Bachelor' s degree in a Human Services field or accredited School/College
A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a residential program or similar setting
Knowledge of TBI and PTSD
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or QMHP-T
Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV driving record
