Title: Procurement Analyst – Center of Excellence - Hybrid
Location: Baltimore, MD 
Duration: 5 Months
 
This role is hybrid in Baltimore, MD, requiring four days of onsite work per week
Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered
 
 
Description:

Client is looking for a Strategic Procurement Analyst to facilitate the Third-Party Risk Management and Contracting processes. The person selected for this role will serve as a key partner across all categories of Indirect spend and facilitate risk assessment and contracting processes globally.

What will you do:

SAP Ariba

o            Drive governance for SAP Ariba bi – weekly meeting

o            Troubleshooting issues in SAP Ariba

Third-party risk management process

o            Support the TPRM process and the Category Managers in the Review and Approval of New Suppliers during the Supplier Onboarding process

o            Be a resource for client  employees and Suppliers for questions on how to submit and approve Engagement requests

o            Overall responsibility for TPRM Process (SME) & Governance

o            Build KPI report & tracking - Coordinate Monthly Status updates (reports)

o            Facilitates the process to integrate Due Diligence findings into Ariba and supports & answers questions on the process

o            Facilitate the Risk Domain owners with the creation of Issues in Ariba

Contract Lifecycle Management

o            Generate reporting from Malbek (CLM tool)

o            Assign incidents in the queue according to Admin 

o            Support incidents in Malbek

o            Manage “admin” queue in Malbek

What does the client need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business Administration or related background
  • Experience with ERP, procure-to-pay, and e-sourcing technology solutions (preferably SAP Ariba Sourcing) 
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to effectively present findings
  • Strong project management and communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management with teammates at all levels of the organization
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint)

Team Size: Team 3 organization 23 

Required Technologies: Microsoft office, SAP ARIBA

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Technologies: Any Contract lifecycle Management software, Sourcing software (SAP Ariba Sourcing is a plus), project management software (Planner, Microsoft Project, Jira) 

Minimum Years of Experience Required: 3
