**Key Responsibilities: **
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation planning, scripting, and maintenance strategies.
- Design and create reusable architectures for UI & API test frameworks to support various repeatable tests, emphasizing reusability and maintainability of test scripts.
- Manage the execution of automated tests and seamlessly integrate automated scripts with our test management tool.
- Utilize analytical skills to tackle complex problems and motivate team members to produce creative solutions and services.
- Collaborate actively in the overall automation effort, influencing the direction, effort, schedule, and prioritization of automation initiatives.
- Assist team members in effectively utilizing the automation framework and scripts.
- Provide support to different teams for their specific needs, including framework-related tasks and regression testing for development merge requests.
- Set up and maintain pipeline jobs for all supported tracks, ensuring efficient and automated test execution processes.
- Work closely with various work streams to support deployment and release activities.
- Collaborate in the creation of overall Quality Assurance (QA) Program estimates for the Automation team and contribute to Automation Timelines.
**Requirements: **
- Proven experience in UI & API automation testing and demonstrated expertise in creating test frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Appium for both iOS and Android applications.
- Familiarity with working on Cloud platforms similar to Perfecto, Seetest, or Saucelabs
- In-depth knowledge of backend services and API testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python for test automation.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing processes.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
