Job description

Hardwiring is hiring Technicians to join our growing team. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who want more than just a job they're looking to build a career in the low-voltage industry. Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we provide hands-on training and opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

  • Install and route low-voltage wiring.
  • Splice and test fiber optics.
  • Install and mount network equipment, wall plates, and related hardware
  • Test completed installations to ensure quality and proper operation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Complete job documentation accurately
  • Deliver professional customer service on every project

Qualifications

  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Comfortable working on ladders and in residential space.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with structured cabling, low-voltage wiring, telecommunications, fiber optics, cable, satellite, or electrical work is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a piece-rate position, giving technicians the opportunity to increase their earnings through productivity and quality work.
