About the Role
Join a leading aerospace company as a Supplier Contact Analyst and drive supplier portal utilization, compliance, and onboarding excellence. This onsite role offers hands-on experience collaborating with suppliers, Interiors leadership, and cross-functional teams, paving the way for career advancement in supply chain and aerospace operations.
Responsibilities
- Improve supplier portal utilization and ensure strict compliance
- Deliver clear onboarding, comprehensive training, and responsive user support to suppliers
- Identify adoption barriers, coordinate corrective actions, and track resolution progress
- Develop project plans and monitor progress toward key goals
- Collect and validate master data settings for non-contract parts
- Prepare and maintain lead time review files for Interiors leadership
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, track weekly progress, and generate concise reports
- Collaborate with teams to drive continuous process improvements
- Flexibility to work alternate shifts to accommodate supplier contact requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years direct experience working with suppliers, preferably in aerospace or hardware/software environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proven data validation and reporting expertise
- High school diploma required (education verification for last two degrees including high school)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
