Job description

Contract Support Analyst Bill Rate: $25- 29/HR on W2 Part Time position Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Raise purchase orders Onboard suppliers, where required Verify asset details and level of service cover required with the Operations Team Maintain contract tracker information to ensure that all contracts are renewed on time Contact suppliers for quotations Negotiate with suppliers Liaise with internal approvers and client approvers Ensure the correct and safe storage of contracts and demand sheets Maintain and enhance data integrity Contribute to savings projects and strategies Attend and lead client review meetings Monitor and manage invoice pool for each client together with Operations Team Manage short-term and long-term projects as needed Other duties as required Must Have Skills: Ability to analyze and work with data Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the business and develop effective relationships at all levels Critical thinking Problem-solving mindset Collaboration and teamwork Experienced negotiator Organized and able to track progress of multiple contracts and data sets Years of Experience: at least 3+ years in contract support analyst and/or related field Education: At least GED Software Skills: Excellent computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Smartsheet is a plus
