Job description

FACILITIES CONTRACT SUPERVISOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs diverse administrative support functions.
  • Assesses emails, photographs, and construction documents to identify equipment or parts that need to be ordered.
  • Reviews quotes, purchase orders, and warehouse shipping logs, across multiple systems.
  • Prepares purchase orders and reviews invoices.
  • Tracks and communicates deliveries.
  • Develops and maintains reports used for various departments using collected data.
  • This will be done within the systems as well as manual data entry as needed.
  • Communicates with store and Field Operations Team, Territory Service Managers, Service Technicians, Project Managers, and third part service providers.
  • Works closely with Florida Division Facilities Specialist to maintain Nuvolo data accuracy.
  • Assists in identifying facility repair needs and coordinates with respective maintenance team and Facilities Director.
  • Monitors project and program expenditures.
  • Works closely with Enterprise Accounting, Fixed Assets and Division Finance Teams.
  • All other job duties as necessary.
