About the Contract Speech Therapist Position
Contract speech therapist to work with individuals with ID/DD. Work is based on client referrals (PRN). This position has a flexible work schedule and hours. Great add-on to your current work schedule. The pay is $69.78 per hour.
Responsibilities
  • Perform Assessments
  • Knowledge of speech-language pathology theory and practice
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing
  • Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based therapy and proven interventions
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse population

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Speech therapist
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and compassionate
  • Pass a background check
  • Previous experience with individuals with ID/DD is preferred
  • Valid SLP license in Texas
