Licensed Mental Health Professional (RN, LCSW, LMSW, LPC)

Job Description

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide support in an assessment department, working with patients of all ages in crisis situations. This role involves direct patient care and is critical for managing various mental health conditions. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent crisis management skills and a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and evaluations for patients in a mental health setting.
  • Implement treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and psychosis.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with facility protocols.
  • Respond effectively to patient crises and emergencies.
Schedule

This is a night shift position, with two potential schedules: Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday, working from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Location

Candidate must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Must hold Texas licensure as an RN, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, and/or LPC-A.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health services preferred.
  • Required certifications include BLS and HWS.
