Hybrid 4 days onsite in St Louis, MO

Our client is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through delivery. You will orchestrate work across internal IT and business teams, external implementation vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes on time and on budget. The role requires deep experience delivering Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Salesforce Field Service Management. You will own scope and business cases, manage budgets and vendor contracts, drive delivery through Agile and hybrid methods, and communicate status and risk to senior leadership.

Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large IT projects from initiation through closure.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and roadmaps across concurrent workstreams.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
  • Coordinate cross-functional IT and business teams to align on objectives, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the central point of contact translating business needs into actionable technical plans.
  • Manage implementation vendors and system integrators including SOWs, deliverables, resources, and performance.
  • Negotiate and monitor vendor contracts, manage milestones, and handle escalations.
  • Own project budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting; manage POs, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Lead Salesforce implementations with emphasis on Salesforce Field Service including scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and service appointments.
  • Partner with Salesforce architects, admins, and developers on releases, integrations, data migration, and governance.
  • Coordinate field service process design spanning dispatch, scheduling optimization, mobile enablement, and technician workflows.
  • Deliver concise status reporting, dashboards, and executive readouts.
  • Establish governance, change control, and RAID management; identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Experience Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT project management delivering technology projects with cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years managing projects on Salesforce with demonstrable Salesforce Field Service delivery.
  • Vendor and SI management including contracts and SOWs.
  • Budget management with business cases, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum, hybrid delivery, and SDLC.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentations.
  • Risk management, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational leadership.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
