Now Hiring: Cleanroom Machine Operators in Longmont

Location: Onsite

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM Start)

Pay: $22-$28/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Orbital Welder to join a high-precision manufacturing team supporting the semiconductor and gas distribution industries. This role involves performing high-volume orbital TIG welding on stainless steel tubing in a Class 10 cleanroom environment while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform orbital TIG welding on stainless steel tubing, producing consistent, high-quality welds.
  • Operate orbital welding equipment, including selecting and running welding programs through computerized controls.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld diagrams, and engineering drawings.
  • Fabricate and assemble components to precise specifications and tight tolerances.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using drawings and precision measuring tools.
  • Complete high-volume welding production while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and contamination-control procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized work area.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of orbital TIG welding experience preferred.
  • Experience welding stainless steel tubing, including sizes 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2".
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and weld diagrams.
  • Experience operating orbital welding equipment and related fabrication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in semiconductor, high-purity gas, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Previous cleanroom experience, preferably Class 10.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with quality inspections and precision measuring instruments.

Pay and Benefits
