Job description

House Attendant

COMPENSATION RANGE: $22.00 - $24.00 hour

Position Summary: The House Attendant supports the housekeeping team by ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This role helps maintain high cleanliness standards and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public areas
  • Restock linens and housekeeping supplies
  • Remove trash and soiled linens
  • Respond to guest requests promptly
  • Report maintenance or safety issues
  • Support deep cleaning and furniture moving
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas

Requirements:

  • Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent bending, lifting, walking, and use of cleaning chemicals
