Porter - Conserje / Portero de Día

Compensation Range: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour

Position Summary: The Contract Services Group. is looking for a dedicated worker that takes pride in their work and ensures that all the public areas are maintained tidy. As A Porter , you will be in charge of keeping all the public facilities in clean condition and promoting a positive friendly image to our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Day Porter

  • Clean all public areas to the standards required
  • To clean and maintain all equipment daily
  • To assist Guests in Public Areas when required
  • Post caution signs when required
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all the equipment used
  • Complete deep cleaning projects, as required
  • Report injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor

Knowledge and Requirements of the Day Porter

  • A commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
  • Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the Public Area Attendant cleaning industry
  • Integrity and capability to work independently
