What is a contract senior project manager?

Contract Senior Project Managers are experienced professionals hired on a temporary or project-specific basis to oversee and lead complex projects within an organization. They are responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that goals, timelines, and budgets are met. Unlike permanent employees, they typically work under a contract for a set duration or until the completion of a project. Their expertise is often sought for projects requiring advanced management skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to quickly integrate into different teams.
