Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a contract role based in Denver, Colorado. This is a W2 contract (no Corp-to-Corp or 1099 arrangements). The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of professional experience driving complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to delivery.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technical programs, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, and risk.Partner with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.Drive planning ceremonies, status reporting, and executive-level communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.Identify bottlenecks and risks early, and lead mitigation and escalation efforts.Establish and improve program management processes, tooling, and best practices.Requirements10+ years of professional experience, with a strong track record in technical program or project management.Proven success delivering complex software/technology programs across multiple teams.Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and modern technical stacks (e.g., cloud, distributed systems).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive-reporting skills.Must be able to work on a W2 basis (Corp-to-Corp and 1099 candidates will not be considered).Based in or able to work from the Denver, Colorado area.Nice to HavePMP, PgMP, or relevant Agile certifications.Experience in a technical/engineering role earlier in career.Experience managing programs at scale in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
