PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to find an experienced Integrator Project – Project Management professional ready to drive high-impact flight test projects. If you excel at leading cross-functional teams, managing complex initiatives, and delivering results in a fast-paced aerospace environment—this role is built for you.


Position Overview
  • Job Title: Integrator Project – Project Management

  • Location: Wichita, KS (3–4 days onsite, Wichita Building 1)

  • Job Type: Full-time Consultant (6 Months)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Pay Rate: $64.64-$74.64/hour

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Experimental Flight Test (EFT) operations—leading critical projects that directly influence aircraft development, certification, and performance.


What You’ll Do

As a key leader within the flight test environment, you will:

  • Manage and deliver complex flight test projects on time and within scope

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, schedules, and budgets

  • Collaborate with engineers, flight operations, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Plan and coordinate flight test activities (BFTC, Flight Operations, Engineering, Methods Group)

  • Support active flight test teams and contribute to bids and proposal development

  • Identify project risks and lead risk mitigation strategies

  • Monitor and report on budget requirements and resource allocation

  • Prepare and present project performance reports to leadership

  • Coordinate multi-site activities and ensure seamless collaboration

  • Participate in safety and compliance processes to address and resolve potential issues


What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5–8 years of project management experience in aerospace or related industry

  • Hands-on experience in a flight test center environment

  • Strong understanding of flight test development and certification processes

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and define testing scope

  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting flight test proposals or bid activities

  • Familiarity with CGD/ITAR environments

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site aerospace programs
