We are looking for Scrum Master for our client in San Antonio, TX

Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Managed 2 5 Agile squads comprising 20 50 team members.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives within banking organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments.
  • Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory environments.
  • Experience delivering applications for retail, commercial, or investment banking.
  • Knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and security requirements.
