Responsibilities
  • Facilitate opportunity-to-invoice processes including Quote-to-Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement Management within Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite (NS).
  • Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ; serve as the subject matter expert for these platforms.
  • Expertise in CPQ pricing structures, discounting methodologies, contract renewal management, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows.
  • Prepare clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, use cases, and data mapping documents based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions comply with SOX, business controls, data governance practices, and IT general controls policies.
  • Prepare and deliver training documentation and sessions to stakeholders and end-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional and regional teams to identify interdependencies and proactively mitigate related risks.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, modeling sessions, retrospectives, and sprint demos. Lead grooming efforts to consistently maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.
  • Translate and clearly document business requirements into actionable user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications for both business and technical teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst or Product Manager role in Salesforce implementations and support.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes within Salesforce and integrated platforms like NetSuite.
  • Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce CPQ Cloud. Certification in Salesforce CPQ is highly preferred.
  • Experience in end-to-end product configuration and pricing setup, including standalone, bundled, and nested bundle products, product rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing and discounting rules.
  • Good understanding of Advanced Approvals configuration(Quote/Quote Line level approvals, Smart Approvals)
  • Proven capability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and perform data analysis.
  • Previous Agile methodology experience: backlog grooming, sprint demos, Agile modeling sessions, and sprint planning/retrospectives.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including conducting root-cause analyses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Self-starter with high motivation, organizational skills, and ability to rapidly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
