What is a Contract SaaS Project Manager?

A Contract SaaS Project Manager is a professional hired on a temporary basis to oversee software-as-a-service (SaaS) projects for organizations. Their main responsibilities include planning, executing, and closing projects that involve cloud-based software solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. They often coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams, manage project timelines, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Since they are contracted, their engagements are usually for a specific duration or project, rather than as permanent employees.
