Job description

MRL Colorado is seeking Owner operator and Contract se1mi Transport drivers for short haul Stepdeck, Dry van and Heavy wrecker operations, based in Colorado.

Our percentage pay model will surpass most employee or 1099 Contractor opportunities. We require a minimum of 2 years verifiable Class 8 experience, with Mountain operations and/Heavy Towing or Stepdeck skills a plus.

We keep it simple, and value common sense and a willingness to always learn more.

*Owner operators (*our authority/insurance): 80% of gross revenue and % Fuel surcharge pass through.

**Owner operators (*your authority/IFTA/insurance): 85% of gross revenue and % Fuel surcharge pass through.

***Contractor drivers operating MRL Colorado equipment: 30% gross revenue (first year), which goes to 32% (after 2 years of service), and 35% (after 4 years of service).

*******Contractor drivers operating MRL Heavy Wreckers and Towing equipment: 35% of gross revenue (first year) which goes to 40% after 2 years of service.

We are partnering with an AI-driven dispatch system we have designed to specifically allow our contractors to self-dispatch, park equipment at (*or near) their homes (*when possible/mutually beneficial), and maximize their work/life balance- without a rigid schedule or start time. It is 2026 not 1980.
