'Per diem' means they are paid by the day or per delivery rather than being salaried or hourly employees. These drivers are typically independent contractors who use their own vehicles to tow or drive RVs across various distances. The job offers flexibility but requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and sometimes specific endorsements depending on the size and type of RV transported.
