A Contract RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Recruiter is a recruiting professional who is hired on a temporary or contract basis to manage all or part of a company's recruitment process. They usually work for an RPO provider and are assigned to client organizations to source, screen, and present candidates for open positions. Their role may include tasks such as job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers. Contract RPO recruiters help businesses quickly scale their hiring efforts while providing industry expertise and flexibility.
