Job Title: RN - CSICU - Contract - MSM
Location: Mount Sinai St. Luke's
Contract Length: 3x12 Schedule with weekends required
Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. The role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and managing assignments effectively. The nurse also ensures quality and safety in patient care, engages in professional development, and contributes to operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:

  • Active NYS RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of post-open heart and cardiac care unit experience
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
  • 1 year of travel experience (required for travel positions, not for per diem)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPIC experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program
