Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health and Home Hospice role. This position offers a mixed caseload of home health and hospice patients and is ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working independently in the field.

About the Role:This is a field-based position working with both home health and home hospice patients. You will manage your daily patient visits, provide skilled nursing care, and be supported by a collaborative clinical team.

Relocation packages available for qualified candidates.

Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (or ability to obtain) At least 1 year of RN experience Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day (not shift work) Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
