Viroqua, WI | Contract (12 Weeks) | Quick Start | Full-time (1.0 FTE)

Shift: Weekdays 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with Saturday rotation (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Position Summary
Join our team as a Retail Staff Pharmacist, providing essential pharmacy services in a medical office building setting. You'll deliver high-quality patient care, with occasional coverage at local retail pharmacies as needed. This is a quick-start contract role perfect for experienced pharmacists seeking flexible, impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely

  • Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions

  • Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance

  • Collaborate with providers and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care

  • Maintain proper documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

  • Utilize EPIC EMR for prescription and patient records

  • Cover additional retail pharmacy locations as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license (required)

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience
