About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced U.S.-licensed Attorneys interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. The role involves reviewing legal content, evaluating legal reasoning, and applying professional expertise to improve the accuracy, clarity, and reliability of next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, and legal soundness.
- Evaluate legal reasoning across a broad range of practice areas.
- Verify legal claims using primary sources, including statutes, regulations, case law, and official guidance.
- Conduct legal research and provide evidence-based feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Collaborate with research teams to evaluate and enhance AI model performance.
- Clearly document legal reasoning and communicate findings in plain, professional language.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
- Active U.S. Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of legal practice with client-facing or matter-facing advisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and cite primary legal authority.
- Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple areas of legal practice.
- Strong legal research and statutory interpretation skills.
- Experience drafting legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, or advisory documents.
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar legal topics and producing high-quality written analysis.
- Interest in legal technology, AI, or emerging technologies.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $100 โ$200/hour.
