Position Overview

Essnova Solutions is seeking a Senior Qualtrics Implementation & Integration Specialist to provide ongoing technical advisory and implementation support for Department of Defense (DoD) survey and analytics programs.

This role is designed as a part-time, on-demand subject matter expert engagement to ensure platform stability, enterprise integration alignment, and architectural best practices across Qualtrics deployments.

The ideal candidate has deep implementation experience with Qualtrics in federal environments and understands secure data integrations involving AWS and enterprise analytics platforms such as Advana.

This is a senior-level SME role focused on architecture, integration, and governance — not a survey builder position.

Scope of Support

Platform Architecture & Implementation Oversight

  • Review and optimize existing Qualtrics configurations.
  • Advise on workflow automation and platform scalability.
  • Ensure survey lifecycle controls align with federal compliance expectations.
  • Identify architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Enterprise Data Integration

  • Support integration between Qualtrics and:
  • AWS environments (e.g., S3, secure data pipelines)
  • DoD data systems
  • Advana or similar enterprise analytics platforms
  • Validate structured data exports to align with downstream database requirements.
  • Ensure timestamp integrity, data traceability, and duplication controls.

Governance & Sustainment

  • Provide periodic platform health assessments.
  • Recommend configuration standards and documentation practices.
  • Support transition away from fragile/manual workflows.
  • Establish resilient architecture with redundancy controls.

Technical Advisory to Program Leadership

  • Serve as escalation-level SME for complex issues.
  • Interface with Government technical stakeholders when needed.
  • Provide implementation roadmaps and technical risk assessments.
  • Support internal team upskilling and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience (enterprise-level deployments preferred)
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Workflows & automation
  • Distribution logic & lifecycle controls
  • Embedded data architecture
  • API integrations
  • Enterprise data exports
  • Experience integrating Qualtrics with AWS environments (S3, secure transfer, data pipelines)
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal programs
  • Strong understanding of structured data design and database alignment
  • Ability to diagnose configuration failures and systemic process gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience supporting DoD survey or analytics programs
  • Experience interfacing with Advana or similar DoD enterprise analytics environments
  • Familiarity with IL4/IL5 security environments
  • Qualtrics Certified Expert or Implementation Specialist

Engagement Model

  • Part-time advisory support
  • Available for surge support during critical program milestones
  • Periodic architecture reviews and technical oversight sessions
  • Ongoing consultative role to strengthen platform governance
