You provide coaching and technical assistance to support problem-solving, sustain gains, and scale successful practices, while connecting providers across the continuum through peer learning and coalition-building to address shared health care related challenges.Our QI team brings experience across all care settings and deep expertise in areas such as patient safety, care transitions, quality management, and healthcare technology.What You'll DoRecruit and engage providers across the continuum in Quality Improvement effortsUse data to identify opportunities and guide improvement effortsIdentify and support implementation of evidence-based and promising practicesDevelop meaningful and feasible measurement strategiesProvide coaching and technical assistance to providersFacilitate peer learning, collaboration, and coalition-building across the continuumDevelop and deliver training, tools, and resourcesConduct environmental scans to inform promising practicesManage projects, timelines, and reportingWhat you bringBachelor's degree required3+ years in health care quality improvementDemonstrated success in outreach, recruitment, partnership development, or stakeholder engagementStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience with outreach, engagement, or partnership developmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreamsProficiency with CRM platforms and virtual collaboration tools The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 based upon the candidate's relevant experience.
