Job description

We are looking for an IT Physica Security Program Manager to be part of our team. You are one of the leads on a team that is accountable for a large-scale physical security program spanning over 100 facilities across the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Your team owns the deployment schedule, coordinates with stakeholders on risk-based sequencing, manage budget and procurement, and reports to the client leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who has operated within a physical security program at a large-scale field execution.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
  • End-to-end accountability for physical security program scope: planning, deployment, and ongoing O&M.
  • Risk-based facility prioritization and sequencing in coordination with federal security officials.
  • Development of FAR-compliant Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, and project schedules.
  • Weekly program governance calls covering survey status, procurement, shipping, milestones, and open issues.
  • Budget tracking across new deployments, maintenance, and break/fix — no surprises to the government.
  • Direct interface with the government's Contracting Officer Representative on all program matters.
  • Staff management across technical specialists and subcontract field labor during peak deployment.
  • Change Advisory Board participation for all program-related change management activities.
  •  Coordination with partner subcontractors on bundled site visits to eliminate duplicate mobilization costs.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Ideal candidate will have 10+ years physical security or IT program management.
  • Managing deployments at a minimum scale of 50+ locations.
  • Federal contract management with documented government COR interface experience.
  • Familiarity with federal facility security standards including FSL ratings and security assessment frameworks.
  • Budget tracking and FAR-compliant procurement experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior federal agency physical security program experience.
  • Asset management and documentation.
  • Emergency notification and mass communication system program oversight.
  • Multi-site infrastructure deployment.

IDEAL CERTIFICATIONS, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • PMP — Project Management Professional.
  • CPP (Certified Protection Professional) OR PSP (Physical Security Professional).
  • CFM — Certified Facility Manager.
  • ASIS Certification.
  • Federal security management certification.
