Summary:

We are looking for a driven, personable Contract Technical Recruiter that is a creative sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This superstar Technical Recruiter will sit in our fantastic new office space on National Business Parkway in Annapolis Junction, MD and own the full-cycle hiring process for our Prime contracts supporting the Intelligence Community (IC). This role is perfect for an autonomous recruiter who excels at "the hunt"finding poly-cleared professionals in a fast-paced environment while providing a high-touch, respectful candidate experience. You will be the face of the company to our talent marketplace, managing everything from initial sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to build robust, diverse pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Source & Engage: Use all Recruiter tools, websites, social media and employee referrals to build a robust, diverse pipeline of passive and active candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure all applicants receive prompt feedback, fostering a positive employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and onboarding cleared Information Technology professionals, predominately in the Ft. Meade/Annapolis Junction market.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using different tools, advanced Boolean search strings, clearance databases, local events and cold-calling to reach passive talent.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of cleared talent through ongoing communication; map candidates to open requisitions across various contracts and complete required matrices.
  • Maintain an active, branded LinkedIn presence. Post job descriptions to social media and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring content is thorough and aligns with company culture.
  • Collaborate effectively with Program Managers, Resource Leads, and Technical leadership to understand specific role requirements, prioritize efforts, and target sourcing effectively.
  • Present recruitment analytics, and provide status updates on requisitions.
  • Develop job description content that is thorough, appealing to candidates, and customized to LufCo's approach for success. Update position requisitions and manage candidates in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect overall requirements and desired skills.
  • Format candidate resumes into required templates, maintain ATS accuracy, and ensure compliance with federal employment laws and internal policies.
  • Attend local career fairs, networking events, and "hiring happy hours" to build face-to-face relationships with technical staff.
