Weโre seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing team in a hybrid role based in Foothill Ranch, CA.
In this role, youโll be the frontline connection to our customers, helping resolve inquiries, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure a smooth servicing experience. Youโll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support account management, claims processing, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer problems by clarifying the customer's requests and provide a one-call resolution
โข Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
โข Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer
needs
โข Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, including offering suggestions as to how they can meet their
obligations, propose alternative payment methods, and establish payment procedures
โข Manage high volume of incoming calls while multitasking
โข Respond to customer requests regarding account status
โข Process and file physical damage, total loss, and GAP claims with insurance agencies
โข Negotiate claim resolutions with insurance agencies to maximize recovery and minimize losses to the company
โข Analyze data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to
company policies and procedures
โข Identify and assess customersโ needs to achieve satisfaction
โข Meet personal/team/department daily and monthly Loan Servicing goals
โข Ensure all after-hour voicemails are reviewed and calls are returned to customers within 24 hours
โข Other duties as assigned
What Weโre Looking For
- 1โ3 years of customer service experience (auto finance preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluency in Spanish preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
