Part-Time Receptionist – Troy, MO

Kelly Services is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist for a five-month contract opportunity in Troy, Missouri. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Position Details

  • Pay: $20–$21 per hour
  • Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week
  • Preferred days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Flexible scheduling may be available
  • Contract length: Approximately five months
  • Location: Troy, MO

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support
  • Scan, organize, and maintain documents for the accounting department
  • Enter payroll information accurately into Paychex
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Keep the front office and common areas neat and organized
  • Assist with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications
