The Role:
Contract Real Estate Agents (Remote) are integral members of Entera's industry-leading real estate agent sales team seeking to launch their careers to new heights through developing expertise in multiple top investor markets, investment strategies, customer service, real estate negotiation, and technology-enabled programmatic sales process in a high paced and high volume environment. The Contract Real Estate Agent will learn how to engage, process and convert hundreds of inbound and outbound leads and offers monthly to under contract, either on Entera's listings or offers made by Entera's investor buyers. Lead generation is not required as all leads will be provided and ready to go in Entera's internal sales system. You will be the first voice people hear when interested buyers or sellers learn about Entera and Entera's listings/offers so a great attitude, strong communication skills, persistence and resilience are a must.
Candidates must hold an active real estate license, or an inactive license that is eligible for reactivation.
Those who hold real estate license(s) in any of the following locations will be given special consideration: Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Texas.
What You Will Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers interested in Entera listings or offers - you'll handle conversations from first inquiry through getting deals under contract
  • Work a high volume of inbound and outbound leads provided directly by Entera (no lead generation required)
  • Follow Entera's sales playbooks and processes to qualify prospects, present opportunities, negotiate offers, and move deals forward
  • Use proven sales scripts and materials - and help improve them over time based on what works best
  • Ask smart questions, stay curious, and actively look for ways to increase conversion and closing rates
  • Manage multiple deals at once while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and momentum
  • Build strong knowledge of local market conditions and common single-family investment strategies
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agents to resolve issues quickly and keep transactions moving
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve tools, workflows, and internal documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks such as tracking activity, updating systems, and reporting
  • Represent Entera with professionalism, integrity, and composure at all times
  • Contribute positively to the team culture and support shared sales goals

Who You Are:
  • Experienced realtor with hands-on, high-volume transaction experience
    • 100+ career transactions strongly preferred
  • Background in institutional buyers, brokerages, or investor-focused real estate environments is a plus
  • You're comfortable managing many deals at once and keeping transactions moving efficiently from inquiry to close (up to approximately 75 - 100 per week)
  • You've worked with software systems that support the sales and transaction process (CRMs, deal management tools, listing platforms, or internal workflows)
  • You understand how to follow structured sales processes while still using judgment and negotiation skills
  • You're confident communicating with buyers, sellers, and agents and know how to move conversations toward clear outcomes
  • You're detail-oriented and understand that speed, accuracy, and follow-through matter in high-volume real estate
  • You collaborate well with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep deals on track
  • You operate with professionalism, integrity, and consistency, even under pressure

Job Type: This role is a temporary, full-time position that is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of a 6 month extension or conversion to permanent status. 40 per week, 8 hour shift.
Pay: from $50,000-$65,000 per year, dependent on experience.
