  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or Associate's degree preferred)
  • Skilled in problem-solving and analysis
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and GD&T
  • Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to pass required vision and inspection standards

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use PPE as required

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PRODUCT QUALITY ENGINEER
This is a full-time position working a consistent schedule of 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
As our Product Quality Engineer, you'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on ensuring product quality. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts and production plans, implementing quality systems, and leading inspections like FAI and Gage R&R. You'll investigate root causes of issues, collaborate with teams, and apply lean and Six Sigma techniques for corrective actions. You'll also train inspectors, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement across operations.
