A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Data Engineer (Python and SQL)
Position Type: Full time, Hybrid Onsite Contract --- (***Hybrid Position – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work in a week!!!)
Duration: 12-18 Months contract
Location (s):  Either Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX
Job Description:
Sr. Data Engineer (Python and SQL) with Min. 6-8 years of experience in SQL Development and Min. 3-5 years of experience in Python Coding along with experience in Banking/Financial services with regulatory projects like BASEL III, CCAR.
Key Technical Skills:

• Database: MS SQL Server
• Strong SQL
• Python Coding
• SDLC
• Agile Methodology
• Banking/Financial services exp. with regulatory projects like BASEL III, CCAR

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience:
Develop and maintain calculator code using Python, SQL. Supporting different SDLC env, prod data analysis on the issue, join scrum call and provide updates, collaborate with BA and Tech Lead/Manager
Financial regulatory project where RWA, EAD calculation exists using complex SQL programs
Financial regulatory project where RWA, EAD calculation exists using SQL programs and Python code
Strong SQL (5-8 years), Python(3-5 years), MS SQL Server Database (2-3 years)
Good communication with technical team, ability to work on fast-paced deadline driven environment
Experience in Banking/Financial services with regulatory projects like BASEL III, CCAR
Proactive and able to anticipate challenges coming in the project, strong collaboration with cross-functional team

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Rate Range for Charlotte, NC: $62/hr-$65/hr
Hourly Pay Rate Range for Jersey City, NJ and Plano, TX: $65/hr-$68/hr
 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
