Position Overview
The Project Manager will be a part of the Digital Consulting Services team and will work alongside the project leader to provide support for technology transformation projects for our customers. The project manager will be responsible for delivering high-impact, enterprise-level programs and projects. This role goes beyond traditional coordination and focuses on providing white-glove project management services, including governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership to ensure successful business outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Project Planning & Governance
  • Lead development and execution of integrated, enterprise-level project plans.
  • Establish governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment on scope, objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.

Progress Monitoring & Accountability
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financials, and dependencies.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues before impacting project outcomes.

Milestone & Delivery Management
  • Manage key milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals.
  • Remove obstacles and maintain forward momentum across all workstreams.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across client leadership, business teams, and vendors.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and functional stakeholders.
  • Proactivity with meetings, workshops, and decision forums to drive execution and clarity.

Project Closeout & Quality Assurance
  • Lead structured project closeout processes, ensuring all deliverables are completed and accepted.
  • Verify quality standards and alignment with business objectives.
  • Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts.
